The numbers, worked
Square's fee page lists invoices paid by card at 3.3% + $0.30 on the Free plan and 2.9% + $0.30 on Plus and Premium. A bank transfer (ACH) on an invoice is 1%, with a $1 minimum and a $10 cap.
On the Free plan: ($2,000.00 + $0.30) ÷ (1 − 0.033) = $2,068.57, a fee of $68.57. On Plus or Premium: ÷ (1 − 0.029) gives $2,060.05, a fee of $60.05.
Paid by bank transfer, $2,000.00 would carry a 1% fee of $20.00, but the $10 cap holds it at $10.00, so you invoice $2,010.00.

That is the Free plan's rate for invoices paid by card on Square's fee page. Plus and Premium list 2.9% + $0.30.
Does Square charge more for cards from abroad?
Square's page lists a 1.5% international transaction fee for cards issued in another country. Type 4.8 in Percent fee to see it on the Free plan.
What about a bank transfer on the invoice?
1% with a $1 minimum and a $10 cap. The bank transfer page compares it with Stripe and PayPal.
