How it works
- Fees come off the topEach payment loses a percent of the invoice plus a fixed amount. On $5,000 at 2.9% + $0.30, that is $145.30.
- Why not just add the percent?Adding 2.9% to your target still leaves the fee calculated on the larger invoice, so you land a little short. Grossup solves it exactly: (what you want + fixed fee) ÷ (1 − percent fee).
- Nothing leaves your deviceThe numbers you type stay on this page. There is nothing to sign up for.
Grossup is arithmetic, not tax, legal or financial advice. Rates differ by processor, card type, country and currency, so check yours. Some processors and places limit adding a fee to a client's bill; check the rules that apply to you before you do.
