Are these the only fees?

They are the per-payment fees each page lists for these payment types. Subscriptions, such as Square Plus or PayPal's invoicing subscription, cost extra and are not included.

Why do PayPal and Stripe differ on small invoices?

PayPal's fixed fee is $0.49 and Stripe's is $0.30. On $100.00, Stripe's fee is $3.20 and a PayPal invoice paid by card is $3.48.
